Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery estimate is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It's possible that your order may run out of stocks when you have placed the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
